Our office is a short drive east of southeast Gilbert, near Phoenix–Mesa Gateway Airport:
- From Power Ranch: take Germann Rd east, then Rittenhouse Rd southeast to Ocotillo Rd (about 5.5 miles, 12–18 minutes).
- From Seville: take Chandler Heights Rd east, Power Rd north, then Ocotillo Rd east (about 6 miles, 12–18 minutes).
- From Gilbert Regional Park (Higley Rd and Queen Creek Rd): head east toward Rittenhouse Rd, about 6 miles.
We are on the southeast corner of Ocotillo Rd and Rittenhouse Rd, behind CVS Pharmacy.

We accept assignment of benefits from your insurance company: we get an estimate from your insurer, you pay only the estimated balance at your visit, and we file the claim on your behalf. Can I get a same-day emergency appointment?
Yes. Same-day appointments are available for dental emergencies, starting at 7am. Our $99 emergency special includes the exam and any needed x-rays. Call (480) 882-2300 as soon as you can.
Can one dentist see my whole family?
Yes. We are a family dental practice: we see children, teens and adults, from first checkups to whitening, implants and routine cleanings, so the whole family can book with one office.

Wendy is an amazing hygienist! With her help I have been able to keep my periodontal issues stable. The maintenance is easy and my teeth and gums feel the healthiest they have ever been and I am over 50 y’all! Wendy recommended Prevadent and I have been using it for the last 3 months. This was a game changer! Very little discomfort today during my cleaning . Thank you Wendy and Affinity!

This was my 6 month check up at Affinity Dental. I felt very comfortable , the staff is friendly and the office is very clean. I had a cleaning and check and xrays. Everything was professional and state of the art equipment. I have been coming here 7yrs and do recommend this office to others. I really like the care and gentleness the hygienist does on my cleaning. The dentist always checks after my cleaning and any issues are addressed before I leave.
